    主要内容:对招用符合条件的就业困难人员,与其签订劳动合同并按规定缴纳社会保险费的用人单位,按其实际为招用人员缴纳的职工养老保险费、职工医疗保险(含大额医疗保险)及生育保险费、失业保险费和工伤保险费给予社会保险补贴。除对距法定退休年龄不足5年的可延长至退休外,其余人员最长不超过3年。(补贴金额按用人单位实际为招用人员缴纳的基本养老保险费、基本医疗保险费、失业保险费、工伤保险费和生育保险费计算。)

    适用条件:招用困难人员,与其签订劳动合同并按规定缴纳社会保险费的用人单位。就业困难人员为下列人员:脱贫人口、登记失业离校2年内高校毕业生、我市户籍登记失业“4050”人员、低保家庭人员、零就业家庭人员等群体。

Social security subsidies for full-time employment


    Main content: Employers who recruit eligible persons with employment difficulties, sign employment contracts with them and pay social insurance premiums for them in accordance with regulations will be given social insurance subsidies according to the endowment insurance, medical insurance (including catastrophic supplementary medical insurance), maternity insurance, unemployment insurance, and employment injury insurance premiums that they have actually paid for their employees. If it is less than five years away from the statutory retirement age, the insurance period may be extended to retirement, but the maximum period for the rest of employees shall not exceed three years. (The amount of subsidy is calculated as per the basic endowment insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance, and maternity insurance premiums actually purchased by the employer for their employees.)

    Scope of application: Employers who recruit personnel with difficulty in finding jobs, sign employment contracts with them, and purchase social insurance premiums in accordance with regulations. Those with difficulty in finding jobs include but are not limited to: poverty-overcome populations; college or university graduates registered unemployment within two years of graduation; registered "4050" unemployed personnel and members of families receiving subsistence allowances and zero-employment families whose registered permanent residence is Chongqing.
