主要内容：1. 依据重庆市产业发展方向和人力资源市场需求，补贴标准向相应的非常紧缺职业（工种）倾斜。根据重庆市最新发布的职业（工种）市场需求目录，取得初级（五级）、中级（四级）和高级（三级）职业资格证书或职业技能等级证书的，一般和紧缺职业（工种）及目录外工种分别补贴1000元、1500元和2000元，目录中非常紧缺职业（工种）分别补贴1200元、1800元和2500元；

    2. 同一职业（工种）同一等级只能申请并享受一次技能提升补贴。

    适用条件： 在渝注册企业中的在职在岗职工（依法参加失业保险、足额缴纳失业保险费）以及正在领取失业保险金的人员，取得职业资格证书、职业技能等级证书。

Up-skilling subsidy for insured employees

    Main content: 1. Based on the direction of industrial development and the market demand of human resources in Chongqing, the subsidy standard is weighed toward occupations (professions) in great demand. According to the latest demand list of occupations (professions) released by Chongqing, the subsidy standard is RMB1,000, RMB1,500 and RMB2,000 respectively for ordinary and badly-needed occupations (professions) and the types of work outside the demand list and RMB1,200, RMB1,800 and RMB2,500 for th badly-needed occupations (professions) on the demand list for those who have obtained primary (level 5), intermediate (level 4) and senior (level 3) professional certificates or occupational skill level certificates;

    2. Those in the same occupation (profession) and at the same level will receive an one-off skill improvement subsidy.

    Scope of application: In-service staff and workers registered in Chongqing (having participated in the unemployment insurance program and paid off the unemployment insurance premium by law), people who are receiving unemployment insurance premiums, and holders of vocational qualification certificates and vocational skill level certificates.
