主要内容：每年对跨区域外出务工的脱贫人口适当安排交通补助。其中:能提供报销凭证的脱贫人口,按外出务工乘坐火车硬座、高铁(动车)二等座和省际(县际)班车客运的往返票据裾实补助;对无法提供报销凭证的脱贫人口,按区(县)外市内就业50元、到市外就业200元的标准给予定额补助(含往返费用),每年仅可享受一次。

    适用条件：当年到市内区（县）外、市外就业的我市户籍脱贫人口（即16周岁以上、有劳动能力的脱贫人口）。

Transportation allowance for cross-regional employment

    Main content: An appropriate amount of allowances is provided annually to people who have shaken off poverty for going out as cross-regional migrant workers. Among them, the allowances for those with reimbursement vouchers are based on the round-trip tickets for hard seats on trains, second-class seats on high-speed trains (bullet trains) and inter-province (inter-county) shuttle buses; the allowances for those who are unable to provide reimbursement vouchers, the subsidy standard is a lump sum grant (including round-trip expenses) of RMB50 for employment outside the district (county) but within Chongqing and RMB200 for employment outside the city on a yearly basis.

    Scope of application: People with a registered permanent residence in Chongqing who have thrown off poverty and work in other districts (counties) within Chongqing or in other cities (i.e. poverty-shaken people aged 16 and with the ability to work).
