主要内容：实现就业，且正在享受低保待遇的我市户籍登记失业低保家庭人员，按其家庭当月核减低保金总额给予低保就业补贴，累计享受期限不超过1年。
适用条件：适用于登记失业的低保家庭人员。
依 据：1. 《重庆市就业促进条例》；
2. 《关于做好当前和今后一段时期就业创业工作的实施意见》（渝府发〔2017〕41号）；
3. 《关于进一步完善就业相关扶持政策申领程序的通知》（渝人社发〔2018〕174号）。
申请渠道：
1. 线上：重庆市人力社保局门户网站；
2. 线下：区县级、乡镇级人力社保政务服务大厅。

Employment subsidy for low-income family (enjoying the minimum living guarantee)
Main content: For employees from registered unemployed low-income families with Chongqing hukou, the low-income employment subsidy is issued in the month of deducting the minimum living guarantee enjoyed by the family, and the cumulative period of entitlement does not exceed one year.
Scope of application: Registered unemployed members of households receiving subsistence allowances.
Legal basis: 1. Regulations of Chongqing Municipality on Employment Promotion;
2. Opinions on Carrying out the Work Related to Employment and Business Startup in Current and Future Periods (YFF[2017] No.41);
3. Notice on Further Improving the Application Procedures for Employment-Related Support Policies (YRSF[2018] No.174).
