主要内容：我市户籍登记失业的离校1年内贫困高校毕业生按500元/人的标准给予一次性离校未就业求职创业补贴。

适用条件：适用于我市户籍登记失业的低保家庭、零就业家庭、脱贫人口、残疾人家庭、身有残疾、特困救助供养的离校1年内高校毕业生。

5. 《关于进一步完善就业相关扶持政策申领程序的通知》（渝人社发〔2018〕174号）。

Job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies for unemployed graduates

Main content: For poverty-stricken college and university graduates registered as unemployment within one year of graduation, the standard of job-seeking and entrepreneurship subsidies is RMB500/person in lump sum.

Scope of application: College and university graduates (with a Chongqing hukou) registered as unemployment within one year of graduation, from low-income families and zero-employment families, labeled as poverty-overcome populations, with disabilities, and financially aided and supported as the most needy people.

Legal basis: 1. Opinions of the State Council on Further Carrying out the Work Related to Employment and Business Startup in the New Situation (GF[2015] No. 23);

2. Notice on Issuing the Measures for the Administration of Employment Subsidy Funds (CS[2017] No.164);

3. Notice on the Distribution of Job-Seeking Subsidies for College and University Graduates (RSBF[2013] No.43);

4. Opinions on Carrying out the Work Related to Employment and Business Startup in Current and Future Periods (YFF[2017] No.41);

5. Notice on Further Improving the Application Procedures for Employment-Related Support Policies (YRSF[2018] No.174).
