主要内容：补贴性职业技能培训对象按规定参加培训并取得证书后，根据不同培训项目、职业（工种）及等级等给予承训机构或企业、个人职业培训补贴，每人每年参加补贴性职业技能培训不超过1次。

    适用条件：该政策适用于脱贫人口及子女、毕业年度高校毕业生（含技师学院高级工班、预备技师班和特殊教育院校职业教育类毕业生，适用时间为毕业当年1月1日起12月31日止）、两后生（城乡未继续升学的应届初高中毕业生，适用时间为毕业后一年内）、农村转移就业劳动者、城镇登记失业人员、残疾人、退役军人以及符合条件的企业职工。

Vocational training subsidy

    Main content: After the subsidized vocational skills trainees have participated in the training and obtained relevant certificates according to requirements, subsidies will be provided to the training institutions or enterprises and individuals for offering vocational training according to training programs, occupations (professions), and levels. The frequency of participating in subsidized vocational skills training shall be once a year at most.

    Scope of application: This policy applies to people who have lifted themselves out of poverty and their children, college and university students in the year of graduation (including graduates of senior worker classes and probationary technician classes of technician colleges/institutes, and graduates of vocational education classes at special education schools; the applicable time period is from January 1 to December 31 of the graduation year); fresh graduates of junior and senior high school in urban and rural areas who have given up schooling; the applicable time period is within one year after graduation), rural transfer-employment workers; registered unemployment urbanites; persons with disabilities; decommissioned military personnel; and eligible corporate employees.
