Cost-of-living allowance (including transportation)

    Main content: For people out of poverty (including those monitored to avoid returning to poverty) who have participated in vocational skills training (including special skill training for family service practitioners) or entrepreneurship training and obtained required certificates, the standard of subsidies is RMB100/person/day for a maximum of 30 days. Each person is entitled to this subsidy on a yearly basis, and it shall not be enjoyed along with unemployment insurance benefits.

    Scope of application: This policy applies to people who have participated in vocational skills training (including special skill training for family service practitioners) or entrepreneurship training and obtained required certificates (including those monitored to avoid returning to poverty).
