主要内容：职业技能鉴定补贴标准按照渝价〔2013〕150号文件全额执行；专项能力考核补贴标准参照渝价〔2013〕150号文件中对应的初级工操作技能鉴定费标准全额执行。

    适用条件：城镇登记失业人员、农村转移就业劳动者、毕业年度离校未就业高校毕业生（含离校两年内未就业，并在公共就业服务机构办理实名登记的）、城乡未继续升学的初高中毕业生，以及随军家属，通过初次职业技能鉴定，并取得职业资格证书或专项能力证书的。

Occupational skills appraisal subsidy

    Main content: The standard of vocational skills appraisal subsidy is implemented in full amount according to YJ[2013]No.150 document; the standard of special ability appraisal subsidy is implemented in full amount with reference to the operating skill appraisal fees for junior-level workers stated in YJ[2013]No.150 document.

    Scope of application: Those having passed the initial vocational skills appraisal and obtained the vocational qualification certificates or special ability certificates, including registered unemployed urbanites, rural transfer-employment workers, college and university graduates who are jobless in the year of graduation (including those who are not employed within two years of graduation and have been registered in real name at public employment service agencies), graduates of junior and senior high schools in urban and rural areas who have not received continuing education, and family members with the military.
