    服务内容：社会保险经办机构为本市行政区域内的各类用人单位办理注销社会保险登记。

    申请条件：参保单位未在市场监管部门办理注销的，应向社保经办机构提交《重庆市社会保险注销登记表》，社保经办机构审核参保单位提交的注销登记申请资料，审核通过后予以办理。

    申请材料：1. 已在市场监管部门办理注销的参保单位无需提供资料，通过政务平台共享获取；

    2. 未在市场监管部门办理注销的需提供以下资料：

    （1）《重庆市社会保险注销登记表》；（2）发生破产、撤销、解散、分立、合并、改制等情形的有关法律文书、文件或有关职能部门批准成建制转出的文件。

Cancellation of insured companies

    Service recipient: Legal persons.

    Service content: Social insurance agencies handle the cancellation procedures of social insurance registration for various employers within the administrative area of Chongqing.

    Scope of application: the insured companies that have not handled the cancellation procedures with the market regulator need to submit the Chongqing Municipal Social Insurance Cancellation Registration Form to the social security agency to review and process.

    Application materials: 1. The insured companies that have already handled the cancellation procedures with the market regulator are not required to present any information; the application materials are accessed by sharing via the government affairs platform;

    2. If the cancellation procedures have not been gone through, the following information is required:

    (1) Chongqing Municipal Social Insurance Cancellation Registration Form; (2) relevant legal instruments and documents of bankruptcy, revocation, dissolution, separation, merger, restructuring, etc., or documents approved to be transferred by relevant functional departments.
