    申请材料：1. 参保单位开具介绍信或经办人的有效身份证件；

    2. 行政部门、司法机关及其他单位应提供单位介绍信，经办人工作证或有效身份证件，查询目的和法律法规依据。

    Scope of application: 1. Insured companies that need to provide the certificate of coverage;

    2. Administrative departments, judicial organs and other units applying for the certificate of coverage to perform job duties in accordance with the law.

    Application materials: 1. A letter of introduction issued by the insured company or a valid identity document of the insurance agent(operator);

    2. Administrative departments, judicial organs and other units shall provide a letter of introduction, the operator's work permit or valid identity document, the purpose of inquiry, and the basis of laws and regulations.
