申请条件：参保人向社会保险经办机构办理个人基本信息变更，维护姓名、性别、身份证号、出生时间、民族、政治面貌、文化程度、居住地址、联系地址、邮政编码、联系电话等信息。
申请材料：1. 《个人信息变更表》；
2. 与变更登记事项对应的有关材料（如需办理关键信息维护，则必须提供）。【非必要】

Changes in basic personal information
Service recipient: Natural persons.
Service content: Information maintenance for policy holders by social insurance agencies.
Scope of application: The insured shall handle the procedures for change of basic personal information at the social insurance agency for information maintenance, including its name, gender, ID number, time of birth, nationality, political status, educational level, domicile, contact address, postal code, contact number, etc.
Application materials: 1. Personal Information Change Form;
2. Relevant materials corresponding to change of registration (essential for maintenance of key information) [not necessary].
Legal basis: Specifications for the Administration of the Unified Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Premiums in Chongqing Municipality (RRSF[2015] No.266).
Service channel: 1. Online: Website of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, i.e. http://rlsbj.cq.gov.cn/; "Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" APP;
2. Offline: Service halls of human resources and social security government affairs services with jurisdiction.
