服务对象:劳动者、用人单位。
服务内容:用人单位或劳动者发生劳动人事争议,符合法定受理范围的,可以向辖区内的调解组织提出调解申请。
申请条件:属于《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第二条第(二)项至第(六)项、第五条 、《重庆市劳动争议调解仲裁办法》第二条第(二)项至第(六)项、《劳动人事争议仲裁办案规则》第七十五条劳动人事争议范围且双方当事人同意调解的。
申请材料:

1. 调解申请书。
2. 申请人的身份证。

Application for mediation of personnel and employment disputes
Service recipient: Employees and employers.
Service content: In the event that the personnel and employment disputes over an employer or an employer are within the legal scope of acceptance, the person or company involved may apply for mediation to the mediation organization with jurisdiction.
Scope of application: The dispute falls under Articles 2.2 to 2.6 and Article 5 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes, Articles 2.2 to 2.6 of the Measures of Chongqing Municipality for Mediation and Arbitration of Labor Disputes, and Article 75 of the Rules for Handling Arbitration of Personnel and Employment Disputes, and the two parties involved agree to make a reconciliation.
