    服务内容:依法受理符合条件的劳动人事争议仲裁申请。

    申请条件:属于仲裁委员会管辖范围;有明确的仲裁请求和事实理由,仲裁请求属于劳动人事争议仲裁范围;申请人是与本案有直接利害关系的自然人、法人或者其他组织,有明确的被申请人。

    申请材料:1. 劳动人事争议仲裁申请书;

    2. 身份证明;

    3. 委托材料(适用于委托代理人参加仲裁活动的)。【非必要】

Application for arbitration of personnel and employment disputes


  Service recipient: Natural persons and legal persons.

    Service content: Acceptance of qualified applications for arbitration of personnel and employment disputes in accordance with the law.

    Scope of application: Within the jurisdiction of the arbitration commission; having a clear request, fact and reason for arbitration, with the request for arbitration falling within the scope of arbitration of personnel and employment disputes; the applicant being a natural person, legal person or other organization with a direct interest in the case, and having a specific respondent.

    Application materials: 1. Application for arbitration of personnel and employment disputes;

    2. Identification paper;

    3. Entrusting materials (entrusting an agent to participate in arbitration activities) [not necessary].
