服务内容：为求职者和用人单位提供就业创业、职业规划方面的指导和咨询服务。

申请条件：无。

申请材料：1. 营业执照（法人首次办理业务时提供）；

2. 本人身份证（自然人凭身份证办理业务）。

2. 《人力资源市场暂行条例》（中华人民共和国国务院令第700号）；

3. 《就业服务与就业管理规定》（中华人民共和国劳动和社会保障部令第28号）；

4. 《重庆市就业促进条例》（2010年3月26日重庆市第三届人民代表大会常务委员会第十六次会议通过）;

5. 《关于做好当前和今后一个时期就业创业工作的实施意见》（渝府发〔2018〕57号）；

6. 《关于做好当前和今后一段时期就业创业工作的实施意见》（渝府发〔2017〕41号）。

Vocational guidance

Service recipient: Natural persons and legal persons.

Service content: Provision of guidance and counseling services to job seekers and employers in the aspects of employment and entrepreneurship and career planning.

Scope of application: None.

Application materials: 1. Business license (provided if the procedure is handled by a legal person for the first time);

2. Personal ID card (provided by a natural person).

Legal basis: 1. Employment Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China (No. 70 Order of the President of the People's Republic of China);

2. Provisional Regulations on the Human Resources Market (No.700 Decree of the State Council of the People's Republic of China);

3. Provisions on Employment Services and Employment Management (Decree No.28 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China);

4. Regulations of Chongqing Municipality on Employment Promotion (Passed on the 16th Session of the 3rd Chongqing People's Congress Standing Committee on March 26, 2010);

5. Opinions on Carrying out the Work Related to Employment and Business Startup in Current and Future Periods (YFF[2018] No.57);

6. Opinions on Carrying out the Work Related to Employment and Business Startup in Current and Future Periods (YFF[2017] No.41).
