2. 近期2寸免冠登记照。

2. 《关于印发就业失业登记证管理暂行办法的通知》（人社部发〔2010〕75号）；
3. 《关于进一步完善就业失业登记管理办法的通知》（人社部发〔2014〕97号）；
4. 《关于进一步完善就业相关扶持政策申领程序的通知》（渝人社发〔2018〕174号）。

Service content: Free issuance of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate for service recipients.
Scope of application: Registration of employment or unemployment.
Application materials: 1. Resident ID card (social security card);
2. Recently taken 2-inch bareheaded photos for registration.
Legal basis: 1. Provisions on Employment Services and Employment Management (No.28 Decree of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China);
2. Notice on the Issuance of Interim Measures for the Administration of Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificates (RSBF[2010] No. 75);
3. Notice on Further Improving the Administrative Measures for Employment and Unemployment Registration (RSBF[2014] No.97);
4. Notice on Further Improving the Application Procedures for Employment-Related Support Policies (YRSF[2018] No.174).
