主要内容：大型企业按照单位及其职工2022年度实际缴纳失业保险费总额的30%返还；其他企业按照单位及其职工2022年度实际缴纳失业保险费总额的60%返还。其中，2022年度实际缴纳失业保险费不含补缴的历史欠费。申报截止时间为2023年12月31日。
适用条件：1.2022年当年依法参保并足额缴纳失业保险费满12个月的参保企业、社会团体、基金会、社会服务机构、律师事务所、会计师事务所、以单位形式参保的个体工商户（严重失信、已注销单位不纳入发放范围）。
2.2022年度失业保险参保人数未减少或减少率不高于2022年度全市城镇调查失业率控制目标5.5%，其中失业保险参保人数30人 (含)以下的单位，参保人数减少率不高于20%

申请渠道：
第1步：企业用“渝快办”账户登录“重庆市公共就业服务网”(网址: https://ggfw.rlsbj.cq.gov.cn/cqjy/) 进入“2023年度失业保险稳岗返还端口。
第2步：企业按照系统提示核实单位名称、人员减少率所属行业、规模类型、返还金额等数据，以及填写本企业对公银行账户、联系人等相关信息。
第3步：企业上传加盖公章的《2023年度失业保险稳岗返还企业信息确认表》，再点击“确认无误键保存信息。待区县审核和公示后，稳岗返还资金将拨付至指定银行账户，并短信提示到账。

Return of unemployment insurances
Main content: large companies rebated 30% of the total amount of unemployment insurance premiums actually paid-up by itself and its employees in 2022; other companies are rebated 60% of the total amount of unemployment insurance premiums actually paid up by themselves and their employees in 2022. The actual payment of unemployment insurance premiums in 2022 does not include the supplementary payment of arrears. The deadline for application is December 31, 2023.
Scope of application: 1. Companies, social groups, foundations, social services, law firms, and accounting firms participating in the social insurance program as well as individual industrial businesses insured in the form of a company in the year of 2022 in accordance with the law and have paid up the unemployment insurance premiums for a 12-month period (organizations on the list of serious illegal and dishonest acts and being canceled are beyond the scope of refund).
2. The number of persons insured for unemployment in 2022 has not been reduced or the rate of reduction is not higher than the control goal name 5.5% of Chongqing's unemployment rate surveyed in 2022; the reduction rate is not higher than 20% in the case of companies with 30 or less people insured for unemployment.

Application channel:
Step 1: Companies can log into the "Chongqing Public Employment Service" website (URL: https://ggfw.rlsbj.cq.gov.cn/cqjy/) with "YuKuaiBan" accounts and enter "Unemployment Insurance Refund of 2023".
Step 2: Follow system prompts to verify the data such as company name, the industry of staff reduction rate, type and scale, and the amount of rebate, and fill in relevant information such as the bank account for business settlement, and the contact person of the company.
Step 3: Upload the stamped "Company Information Confirmation Form of Unemployment Insurance Refunds in 2023", and click "Confirm" to save the information. After review and announcement by the district and county with jurisdiction, the refunds will be allocated to the designated bank account and prompted by SMS once received.
