服务对象：自然人。
服务内容：电子社保卡是实体社保卡的线上形态，由全国社保卡服务平台统一签发，人社部统一管理，全国统一、全国通用。电子社保卡与实体社保卡状态相同、功能相通，具有身份凭证、信息记录、查询办事、待遇领取、金融支付等功能。
申请条件：在我市参保且申领实体社保卡的人员。
申请材料：无。

Application for electronic social security card
Service recipient: Natural persons.
Service content: Electronic social security cards are an online form of the physical social security card uniformly issued by the national social security card service platform, uniformly managed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and available across the country for the same purpose. The e-card has the same state and functions as the physical card, such as being used as an identity certificate, information record, inquiry, benefits collection, and financial payment.
Scope of application: People who are insured in Chongqing and apply for physical social security cards.
