43.企业社会保险登记（Registration of corporate social insurance）

服务对象：法人。
服务内容：社会保险经办机构为本市行政区域内的符合城镇企业职工养老保险参保范围的用人单位办理社会保险登记。
申请条件：用人单位向其主管地方税务机关所在地的区县社会保险经办机构办理参保登记手续。用人单位无主管地方税务机关的，统一到注册地的区县社会保险经办机构办理参保登记。
申请材料：1. 已在市场监管部门进行注册登记的参保单位无需提供资料，通过政务平台共享获取。
2. 未在市场监管部门注册登记的，提供《重庆市社会保险登记表》办理社会保险登记。

Registration of corporate social insurance
Service recipient: Legal persons.
Service content: Social insurance agencies handle social insurance registration for employers eligible to participate in the endowment insurance program for urban staff members and workers within the administrative area of Chongqing.
Scope of application: The employer goes through the registration procedures with the district or county social insurance agency in the location of the tax authority with jurisdiction. If there is competent tax authority, the employer shall go through the registration procedures at the district- or county-level social insurance agency where it is registered.
Application materials: 1. The insured companies that have already registered with the market regulator are not required to present any information; the application materials are accessed by sharing via the government affairs platform.
2. Those who have not registered with the market regulator need to provide the Chongqing Social Insurance Registration Form for social insurance registration.
