服务对象：法人。
服务内容：为参保单位（项目）办理参保基本信息变更。
申请条件：参保单位发生单位名称、单位地址、法定代表人或主要负责人、单位类型、统一社会信用代码、主管部门或隶属关系、开户银行及账号、参保单位增加参保险种、社会保险其他登记事项的变更后。应当自市场监管部门办理变更登记或有权机关批准或宣布变更之日起30日内，到社会保险经办机构办理社会保险变更登记手续。
申请材料：1. 已在市场监管部门办理变更的用人单位无需提供资料，通过政务平台共享获取；
2. 未在市场监督管理部门注册登记的用人单位，需提供以下资料：（1）《重庆市社会保险变更登记表》；（2）变更单位名称、信用代码、法人代表、银行等关键信息的，提供与变更事项对应的佐证资料。

Changes in basic information of companies (items)
Service recipient: Legal persons.
Service content: Handling of changes in basic information for insured companies (items).
Scope of application: After the insured company goes through change procedures, such as changes of corporate name, address, legal representative, or principal, type, unified social credit code, competent department or affiliation, and opening bank and account number; increase in the types of insurance to be purchased; and changes of other registration items of social insurance. Within 30 days of change of registration by the market regulator or the approval or announcement of change by the competent authority, the insured company shall handle the procedures for change of registration at the social insurance agency.
Application materials: 1. Employers who have already handled the change procedures with the market regulator are not required to present any information; the application materials are accessed by sharing via the government affairs platform;
2. Employers who have not handled the registration change procedures with the market regulator are required to provide the following information: (1) Chongqing Municipal Social Insurance Change Registration Form; (2) if the key information such as the name, credit code, legal representative, bank, etc. of the company is changed, the proofs of change shall be provided.
