服务对象：法人。
服务内容：社会保险经办机构对用人单位因机构改革、单位整合等发生合并情形的，办理参保单位合并。
申请条件：参保单位因机构改革、单位整合等发生合并情形的，向社会保险经办机构申请办理参保单位合并。
申请材料：1. 《重庆市参保单位合并申请表》；
2. 《重庆市参保单位合并人员清单》；
3. 有权机关批准合并的文件或证明材料；
4. 单位参保登记相关资料（仅限合并后单位尚未参加我市城镇企业职工基本养老保险，申报新单位参保登记）。【非必要】

Service recipient: Legal persons.
Service content: Social insurance agencies handle the merger of insured companies in case of employers' institutional restructuring and integration.
Scope of application: In case of institutional restructuring and integration, the insured company shall apply to the social insurance agency for handling of corporate merger.
Application materials: 1. Application Form for Merger of Insured Companies in Chongqing;
2. List of Employees after Merger of Insured Companies in Chongqing;
3. Documents or evidential materials for merger approved by the competent authority;
4. Documents of registration by insured companies (limited to the application for registration of insurance by the insured that has not yet participated in the basic endowment insurance program for urban employees after merger) [not necessary].
