2. 《重庆市参保单位分立人员清单》；
3. 有权机关批准单位分立的文件或证明材料；
4. 单位参保登记相关资料（仅限分立后单位尚未参加我市城镇企业职工基本养老保险，申报新单位参保登记）。【非必要】
