申请条件：参保人员在跨省、自治区、直辖市流动并在城镇就业时养老保险关系可以顺畅转移接续。
申请材料：1. 有效身份证件；
2. 《基本养老保险关系转入信息采集单》；
3. 经县级以上党委组织部门、人力资源社会保障行政部门批准调动，且与调入单位建立劳动关系并缴纳基本养老保险费的，应提供相关证明文件。【非必要】

Service content: Social insurance agencies handle the insured companies' application for cross-city transfer of basic endowment insurance relations for urban employees.
Scope of application: Smooth transfer and renewal of endowment insurance relations available for policy holders who move across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government and find a job in urban areas.
Application materials: 1. Valid ID document;
2. Information Collection Sheet for Transfer of Basic Endowment Insurance Relations;
3. Related supporting documents are required in case that the transfer is approved by the organization department of the Party committee at or above the county level and the administrative department of human resources and social security; a labor relationship has been established with the new employer; and the basic endowment insurance premium has been paid [not necessary].
