服务对象：法人、自然人。
服务内容：提供企业职工养老保险退休档案预审服务。
申请条件：参加企业职工基本养老保险的人员，达到法定退休年龄且缴费年限（含视同缴费年限）累计满15年及其以上，符合按月领取养老待遇条件的，社会保险经办机构和同级人力社保部门可提前12个月对参保人员的人事档案或参保缴费信息进行审核。
申请材料：1. 《重庆市企业职工养老保险退休档案预审表》；
2. 参保人员社会保障卡或居民身份证原件；
3. 参保人员本人《职工档案》；
4. 增发待遇相关资料。

Service recipient: Natural persons and legal persons.
Service content: Pre-examination of the retirement archives of endowment insurance for enterprise employees.
Scope of application: If persons who participate in the basic endowment insurance program for employees reach the statutory retirement age and 15 years and more of payments (including deemed payment period) and meet the conditions for drawing monthly pensions, social insurance agencies and human resources and social security departments at the same level may review the personnel files or payment information of the insured persons 12 months in advance.
Application materials: 1. Pre-Examination Form of Retirement Archives of Enterprise Employees with Endowment Insurance in Chongqing;
2. Original social security card or resident ID card of the insured person;
3. Employee Files of the insured person;
4. Documents related to the issuance of additional benefits.
