服务对象：法人。
服务内容：为我市企业签订集体合同进行审查备案。审查企业签订集体合同的主体、程序和条款内容是否合法，如有问题让企业修改，如通过加盖审核专用章生效。
申请条件：签订主体（企业和工会）符合资格。
申请材料：1. 集体合同原件；
2. 集体合同说明书；
3. 法人委托书（企业首席协商代表非企业法人）。【非必要】

Review of collective contracts
Service recipient: Legal persons.
Service content: Review and filing of collective contracts for enterprises in Chongqing. Check whether the subject, procedure and clause of the enterprise signing the collective contract are legal. Ask enterprises to modify the contract in case of any problems, and affix the review seal to the contract if modification is passed.
Scope of application: The signing subjects (enterprises and labor unions) of the collective contract are eligible.
Application materials: 1. Original collective contract;
2. Collective contract specifications;
3. Power of attorney from a legal person (the chief bargaining representative is not a legal person of the enterprise). [not necessary].
