服务对象：自然人、法人。
服务内容：为求职者和用人单位提供就业创业、职业规划方面的指导和咨询服务。
申请条件：无。
申请材料：1. 营业执照（法人首次办理业务时提供）；
2. 本人身份证（自然人凭身份证办理业务）。

Service recipient: Natural persons and legal persons.
Service content: Provision of guidance and counseling services to job seekers and employers in the aspects of employment and entrepreneurship and career planning.
Scope of application: None.
Application materials: 1. Business license (provided if the procedure is handled by a legal person for the first time);
2. Personal ID card (provided by a natural person).
