申请条件：适用于进行登记就业或登记失业人员。
申请材料：1. 居民身份证（社会保障卡）;
2. 近期2寸免冠登记照。

2. 《关于印发就业失业登记证管理暂行办法的通知》（人社部发〔2010〕75号）；
3. 《关于进一步完善就业失业登记管理办法的通知》（人社部发〔2014〕97号）；
4. 《关于进一步完善就业相关扶持政策申领程序的通知》（渝人社发〔2018〕174号）。
