服务对象：法人。
服务内容：提供就业见习基地备案。
申请条件：1. 在重庆市范围内依法成立、注册或登记并取得相关证照的企事业单位、政府机关和其他组织；
2. 具有带教人员和就业见习管理制度，能够为青年就业见习人员提供安全健康的见习环境；
3. 能够提供具有一定专业要求和业务内容的全职见习岗位，帮助青年就业见习人员提高技能水平和工作能力。
申请材料：1. 《重庆市青年就业见习基地备案表》（签字并加盖单位公章）；
2. 企业营业执照或事业单位法人证书或其他资质证明材料、法人身份证（台胞证）或护照复（影）印件（加盖单位公章）。
注：除以上资料外，分公司还需提供总公司营业执照和法人身份证（台胞证）复（影）印件（加盖单位公章），以及总公司授权分公司申请成立青年就业见习基地的授权委托书。

Recording of internship (training) bases
Service recipient: Legal persons.
Service content: Recording of internship (training) bases.
Scope of application: 1. Enterprises and public institutions, government agencies, and other organizations that have been established, registered or recorded in accordance with the law and have obtained relevant certificates and licenses within Chongqing;
2. Have instructors and internship management systems, and be able to provide a safe and healthy internship environment for young trainees;
3. Be able to provide full-time internship positions with certain professional requirements and business contents to help young trainees improve their skill levels and working abilities.
Application materials: 1. Chongqing Youth Internship Base Record (signed and stamped with the organization's official seal);
2. Business license for enterprise, legal person certificate (corporate charter) of the public institution or other qualification certificates; legal person ID card (mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents) or passport copy (photocopy) (with corporate seal).
Note: In addition to the above documents, the branch office involved is required to provide the copy (photocopy) of the head office's business license and legal person's ID card (mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents) (with corporate seal), as well as the power of attorney from the head office authorizing the branch office to apply for the establishment of a youth training base.
